Make It Vegan
To make this recipe vegan, simply use vegan protein powder instead of collagen peptides. Avoid whey or egg white proteins and stick with powders that use plant proteins (i.e. pea, soy, hemp, brown rice, etc.) instead.

Ingredients
- 1 cup nut milk
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 scoops collagen peptides (or 1 scoop protein powder)
- 3 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice mix (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves)
- ½ teaspoon inulin or Acacia senegal (optional)
- sweetener of choice (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately
