Make it Keto
To make this recipe keto-friendly, simply omit the pineapple and use extract instead. Although unnecessary, you could also swap out the Greek yogurt for protein powder and half an avocado if you wanted to.

Low-Carb Pina Colada Smoothie
Equipment
- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup nut milk (unsweetened)
- ⅓ cup pineapple
- 2 teaspoon coconut oil
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- few drops stevia
- ½ teaspoon inulin or Acacia senegal (optional)
- couple drops coconut and/or pineapple extract (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately

Really good. Try freezing the almond milk in an ice cube tray and individually freeze the pineapple chunks. The blender does wonders to make it frosty! More carbs than I should normally eat but a very manageable splurge item.
